Arrive at the Tangier Port via ferry (details TBD) and transfer to the Hilton Tangier Al Houara Resort & Spa, a luxurious beachfront property set within 60 acres of protected forest. Spend the day exploring the vibrant souks and alleyways of Tangier’s medina, part of a 15th-century Portuguese fortress. Continue to the Kasbah and its museum—once the Sultan’s Palace—before visiting the American Legation, a historic U.S. consulate turned museum that reflects the deep ties between Morocco and the United States. In the evening, enjoy a chic kosher dinner at Le Cercle de Tangier.

Your guide and driver are at your disposal as you begin your day exploring the colorful medina of Tangier, built partly on a 15th-century Portuguese fortress. Wander through its vibrant souks and alleyways, soaking in the city's unique blend of international and Moroccan influences. Visit the Kasbah and its maze of narrow streets, then explore the Kasbah Museum, once the Sultan’s Palace, now home to regional archaeological and ethnographic artifacts. After lunch, continue to the American Legation—the first U.S. public property abroad—now a museum and cultural center preserving centuries of Moroccan-American diplomacy.

Optional walk to nearby waterfalls reveals more of the region’s natural beauty. After lunch, visit the Andalusian Gardens and Kasbah Museum for insight into local culture. Later, continue to Fez. Enjoy a kosher dinner at The Dragon Restaurant and overnight at the stylish Hotel Sahrai, overlooking the ancient city.

After breakfast and hotel check-out, transfer to Fes Saiss Airport for your 1:15 p.m. flight to Marrakech Menara Airport, arriving at 2:15 p.m. Check in at the modern Radisson Blu hotel in the lively Gueliz district, known for its trendy shops, restaurants, and nightlife—just minutes from the historic medina.
In the afternoon, visit the iconic Koutoubia Minaret, a stunning example of 12th-century Moorish architecture. Then head to Djemaa el-Fnaa, Marrakech’s bustling main square, alive with food stalls, musicians, snake charmers, and storytellers.
Enjoy a suggested dinner hosted by Madame Ohayon, wife of the Cantor of Marrakech, for an authentic local experience.
