Terms & Conditions
Non-Refundable
The Planning & Research Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if you decide not to book or if your travel plans change.
Application to Booking
The full $250 fee will be credited toward your trip cost if the booking is completed through Cordelie Travel.
Validity Period
Research and proposal services are valid for up to
90 days from the date the fee is paid. After this period, a new fee may be required if travel plans or requests change significantly.
Scope of Services
The Planning & Research Fee covers up to 10 hours of research and proposal time. Significant changes to destination, dates, or scope of travel after research has begun—or if additional hours are required—may incur an additional fee, which will be discussed in advance.
