Before any payment is required, we invite you to enjoy a free 30-minute consultation with one of our Cordelie travel specialists.
This initial conversation allows us to:
- Learn more about your travel style, goals, and preferences
- Discuss destinations, trip timing, and expectations
- Review how our planning process works and what to expect moving forward
Following your consultation, if you choose to move ahead, the Planning Fee below will activate the formal planning and proposal process.
Planning Fee & What's Included
To begin planning your custom trip, a one-time non-refundable $250 Planning Fee is required. This fee includes:
- A personalized consultation with a Cordelie travel specialist
- 2–3 curated itinerary proposals tailored to your travel preferences
- Pricing estimates, amenity options, and supplier coordination
- Two rounds of itinerary revisions
This fee demonstrates your commitment and secures priority access to our planning services. It will be credited toward your final trip cost if you proceed with booking.
How It Works
- Pay the $250 Planning Fee to reserve your spot with a dedicated travel specialist.
- Receive and review personalized trip options tailored to your needs.
- Make revisions (up to two rounds) and finalize your selection.
- Once you’re ready to book, the $250 will be applied to your total travel package—including flights, hotels, tours, and other components.
Non-Refundable Policy
The Planning Fee is non-refundable and compensates for the time, expertise, and resources invested in designing your custom travel experience.
If you choose not to move forward with booking, the fee is retained as a service charge.
If you do
proceed with your trip, the full $250 is deducted from your final invoice.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting your Planning Fee, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Cordelie Travel Services acts as a travel advisor and planning liaison between you and the end suppliers (e.g., hotels, cruise lines, tour operators), and is not liable for the performance or actions of those providers.
- You accept full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of your travel documents and personal information as submitted for reservations.
- Travel arrangements may include cancellation penalties or change fees. We will inform you of these in advance when applicable.
- For flights, the TSA requires a government-issued ID matching your ticket. For international travel, a valid passport and potentially a visa may be required.
- Cordelie Travel Services is not responsible for changes in entry requirements, health advisories, or conditions in your chosen destinations. You are encouraged to consult government travel resources and consider purchasing travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events.
