Before any payment is required, we invite you to enjoy a free 30-minute consultation with one of our Cordelie travel specialists.
This initial conversation allows us to:
- Learn more about your travel style, goals, and preferences
- Discuss destinations, trip timing, and expectations
- Review how our planning process works and what to expect moving forward
Following your consultation, if you choose to move ahead, the Planning Fee below will activate the formal planning and proposal process.
Planning & Research Fee
Custom trip planning with Cordelie Travel begins with a one-time, non-refundable $250 Planning & Research Fee. This fee secures dedicated time with a Cordelie travel specialist and allows us to thoughtfully design personalized itinerary options tailored to your travel goals. If you choose to move forward with booking, the full $250 is applied toward your final trip cost.
The planning fee reflects the expertise, research, and supplier coordination involved in creating a seamless travel experience—from initial consultation through finalized itinerary.

Terms and Conditions
By submitting your Planning Fee, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Cordelie Travel Services acts as a travel advisor and planning liaison between you and the end suppliers (e.g., hotels, cruise lines, tour operators), and is not liable for the performance or actions of those providers.
- You accept full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of your travel documents and personal information as submitted for reservations.
- Travel arrangements may include cancellation penalties or change fees. We will inform you of these in advance when applicable.
- For flights, the TSA requires a government-issued ID matching your ticket. For international travel, a valid passport and potentially a visa may be required.
- Cordelie Travel Services is not responsible for changes in entry requirements, health advisories, or conditions in your chosen destinations. You are encouraged to consult government travel resources and consider purchasing travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events.
