At Cordelie Travel, every trip we design is customized with care, detail, and expertise. We offer a free, 30-minute initial consultation to all customers. Following that, and to provide the level of attention and service our clients deserve, we charge a Planning & Research Fee of $250.

How It Works
- The fee is required in advance before research begins.
- The full amount is applied to your final booking if you move forward with Cordelie Travel.
- If you choose not to book, the fee remains non-refundable, covering the time, effort, and resources invested in preparing your proposal.

Terms & Conditions
Non-Refundable
The Planning & Research Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if you decide not to book or if your travel plans change.
Application to Booking
The full $250 fee will be credited toward your trip cost if the booking is completed through Cordelie Travel.
Non-Transferable
The fee is specific to the trip being planned and cannot be transferred to another traveler, future trip, or booking outside of Cordelie Travel.
Validity Period
Research and proposal services are valid for up to 90 days from the date the fee is paid. After this period, a new fee may be required if travel plans or requests change significantly.
Scope of Services
The Planning & Research Fee covers up to 10 hours of research and proposal time. Significant changes to destination, dates, or scope of travel after research has begun—or if additional hours are required—may incur an additional fee, which will be discussed in advance.
Booking Responsibility
All bookings must be made through Cordelie Travel for the fee to be credited toward the final cost.
